How do I send my login credentials?
During the onboarding process, you’ll be able to enter the login information for your website and host. You can also email this directly to us.
Does it matter what host I'm using?
We’ve worked with almost every hosting company in Australia and many overseas hosting providers. We also offer our own hosting service if you’re looking to upgrade.
How does onboarding work?
During the checkout process, you’ll be directed to our onboarding form which asks for some basic information such as WordPress logins, Hosting logins & who we should contact if needed.
You’ll also receive an email with this form just in case you’re automatically redirected.
What if I have multiple (2+) sites that need to be managed?
Our WordPress website care plans each cover one single site.
For example, if you have 3 sites you’d like us to manage, you’ll need 3 separate plans, one for each site. You can mix and match plans for each website.
Do you offer phone support?
Yes absolutely!
Once you’ve signed up to one of the care plans, your website manager will email you directly with their direct contact details, including phone number.
Do you manage WooCommerce websites?
Yes we sure do!
We’d recommend going with our Grow plan to fully take advantage of unlimited product edits and management of your WooCommerce store.
What's included in your unlimited edits?
Unlimited edits do include edits to content, changing plugin settings and CSS adjustments. They do not include custom development (PHP, plugins, themes etc.), updating custom code, graphic design, PSD (or other image files) to WordPress or building out a new website or subdomain. Unlimited edits can not exceed 60 minutes of tasks per month.

We’ll touch base initially to walk you through how to effectively request changes and we’ll keep you updated on how we’re going with your backups, uptime monitoring and security setup along the way.
